Process

Inquiry

If you are ready to get organized with your time, tasks, and business planning just fill out the inquiry form below. Your inquiry will be viewed and evaluated to see if our companies will be a good fit. I’ll then contact you to set up an initial meeting.

Meeting

We’ll discuss the needs of your website and develop a project strategy that outlines services and what you can anticipate throughout the process. We’ll also go over details about your business, current strategies, and working preferences. We will review your goals as well as time frame and budget. Following this initial meeting a contract and 50% deposit are required to secure your project start date.

Working

Depending on what is agreed upon during the initial meeting, we’ll begin working on the organization for your company at the project start date.

Completion

Once the goals we decided on at the initial meeting have been met, you will receive an invoice for whatever remains on your account as well as a survey for your experience working with me.

Service Renewal

Keeping a company organized isn’t something that just happens all at once. The initial organization package will help you get set up with a system, however, you may choose to allow me to continue to manage the ongoing organizational tasks that come with running a business by purchasing retainer hours.

Completion

Setting up your business will involve a 4-week process during which you will have the foundations established, a branding strategy in place, online presence set up, and a launch/marketing plan created. At the end of the first 30 days, you will recieve an invoice for whatever remains on your account. Upon final payment you will receive a document with your business plan, usernames, and passwords.

Service Renewal

The initial set up of a business is one thing, but you might find that you need help running and maintaining it. Retainer rates may be purchased for a continuance of service following the initial 30 days. You'll find more information about retainer rates on the tab to the left.
